A silly event, of course, but that is the point. It's a fun idea to see how people and organizations react to absurdity.
I guess I was looking for more of a continuous story, as it felt disjointed to me. I'll chalk it off as bad timing because scifi has a long tradition of disjointed stories around an 'event'.
